NowNow Digital Systems Limited (NDSL) — the company behind your MyBiz wallet, is a separate and distinct entity from NowNow MFB. NDSL operates under a Mobile Money Operator (MMO) license, distinct from NowNow MFB’s license, which is a separate entity.
These two licenses serve different purposes and operate independently.
Recently, as part of our growth plans, we acquired a microfinance bank in Kano State. This is the entity affected by the recent announcement.
NowNow’s Digital System Limited Mobile Money Operations remains active and fully operational.
