How long does it take to credit an agent’s wallet?
An agent’s wallet is credited as soon as deposit is effected at the bank.

What are your requirements for becoming an Agent?
- Must be able to read and write
- Must have a functional android enabled mobile phone
- Must have an existing physical shop/business outlet
- A completed Agent application form/agreement and account package
- A copy of ID or equivalent (Driver’s license, National ID card, Int’l passport)
- A Passport-sized photograph
- Proof of Address (Utility bills e.g. PHCN, LAWMA, DStv, GOtv, Star Times, etc.)
- Financial/Bank account detail or statements
What Start-up capital do I need?
All you need is an android phone and a minimum of N10, 000 to be deposited in wallet for transactions.
How does the agent platform work?
- Register as a NowNow agent
- Undergo a short training on how to perform the transactions using the app.
- Start vending the following services; airtime in VTU form or as e-PINs, buy data, pay bills, transfer money to any bank account in Nigeria and send money to any phone number on behalf of customers.

How to withdraw cash with a nownow agent?

- Withdraw
- Input registered phone number of the agent.
- Input the amount you want to transfer to the agent wallet.
- Input 4-digit Mpin
- Collect money from agent.
**Ensure the Agent you want to withdraw through is within your area. Preferably, one you know.
How do I fund my wallet using my debit card?
- Launch your app and access “Add Money”
- Input the amount.
- Input card details
- Input your 4 digit mPIN and confirm
- Input your card number on the debit card
- Input the expiry date on the card
- Input 3 digit number at the back of the card (CVV).
- Verify your ownership of the card to process transaction
- Once verification completes, your wallet will be funded
How do I receive money on the nownow mobile app?
- Launch your app and access “Receive Money”
- Request for money by inputting the registered phone number of the sender.
- Input the amount.
- Input the reason for the request (optional)
- Input your 4 digit Mpin.
How do I send money to another wallet using the QR code?
- Launch your app and access “Send Money”
- Access “To QR Code”
- Scan the receiver bar code or upload Bar code from gallery if it’s already saved.
- N/B: When bar code is scanned or uploaded sender can view receivers request for cash.

How do I send money to bank using the consumer app?
- Launch your app and access “Send Money”
- Access “To Bank”
- Select the receiver’s bank.
- Choose the type of account
- Enter the receiver’s account number
- Enter the receiver’s mobile number/email
- Input the amount
- Input the reason for the transfer (optional)

- Launch your app and click “send money”
- On the ‘To Mobile No.’ page, type in the user’s registered phone number.
- Input the amount to be sent.
- Input the reason for the transfer (optional)
